Dark Circles Under Your Eyes?

Here’s what you do: Apply the red underneath your entire eye, covering the area around your eye socket. You can use a blending brush to cover more and make sure it looks smooth. Then, use the foundation brush and apply your foundation or BB cream all over the red and the rest of your face, blending well. This can also be done with red lip stick too!
